Scott specializes in representing privately held companies through complex strategic transactions, helping clients maximize enterprise value while managing confidentiality, timing, and execution risk. His experience spans founder-led businesses, family-owned enterprises, growth-stage companies, and strategic acquisitions across a range of industries. A combat veteran and former U.S. Army helicopter pilot, Scott brings disciplined leadership, sound judgment, and results-oriented execution to every engagement.
